Interested in helping our community?

We would love to have you as a member. But before you join, you might want to participate in a ride along by contacting the scheduling officer: scheduling@dcvrs.org

What is a Ride Along?

On a Ride Along you join a Volunteer Team. You ride in the Ambulance, see what they see, and see what they do. A Ride Along can be a few hours or a complete shift (12 hours).

This is your opportunity to see our Volunteers in action without a long term commitment. It is easy to schedule. Contact - scheduling@dcvrs.org

Is there a commitment?

We do ask for a commitment from our volunteers. Each volunteer is asked to serve four (4) times a month or more. You chose the days. Each month you submit your preferred days/nights. The schedule is published a month in advance

As an active Volunteer Rescue person you will receive weeks of training and become an important part of our volunteer force.

So I want to join, what do I do now?

Contact the recruiting at recruiting@dcvrs.org or visit http://www.livesneedsaving.org/
