Mission Statement

• Promote the cooperation of those responsible for administering emergency care in the City of Virginia Beach.
• Increase the efficiency of those administering emergency care through education and personal contact
• Improve communications between persons and organizations administering emergency care.
• Serve as a forum to discuss mutual problems and to assist in settling disputes that may arise.
• Promote and guarantee the continuation of the all-volunteer self-governing emergency rescue service in the City of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
